We’ll establish a minimum commitment term together; beyond that, the duration is entirely flexible and based on your goals.
 
Typically, we start with a minimum commitment of three months to achieve the best results.
 
Following that, we’ll discuss the best time frame based on your goals and how it fits into your life.

We have clients from all over the world. So you don’t have to be located in the Netherlands.
 
You only need a laptop, internet connection and your lovely self.

Once you’ve created your plan, Eva will suggest weights that you can purchase and use.

Each Sunday or Monday morning, you’ll receive a reminder message prompting you to complete your weekly check-in.
